Cherry Springer

Cherry Springer, a spicy cherry sour from Golden Cactus Brewing—Roanoke, Virginia’s coolest brewery with the best vibe.

Sweet and spicy! Using our usual sour base beer, but with a higher ABV to warm the bones on these chillier months, we added a large amount of cherry pureé and loads of cinnamon sticks to this brew. The result is a slightly sweet beer, loaded with dark sweet cherry flavor and hints of cinnamon in the nose, and a small spice on the finish.
