Made with 100% vienna style malted barley from Epiphany malting in Durham NC. Our Vienna lager, aptly named Dad Bod, is slightly rich with notes of toasted bread, a bit of nuttiness, and wisps of honey. German noble hops balance the sweetness to make for a clean, crisp, but also rich finish. One of our brewers favorites!

Our latest Hazy Session IPA, Smalls, is made with only Rakau hops. Slightly more bitter than a typical hazy beer, the Rakau hops give an expressive stone fruit and tropical character, backed by a subtle dankness and resinous depth. It’s also slightly grassy on the finish with notes of subtle apricot, mango, and peach. Lower alcohol means you can drink more, but still enjoy all the taste of a full strength IPA.

This brew is a Grodiskie, a historical beer style originating from Poland. Brewed exclusively with oak-smoked wheat malt, it carries a delicate, clean smokiness. Often nicknamed the champagne of beers, Grodziskies are known for their clarity, effervescence, and crisp, refreshing finish. Light in body, and low in alcohol, this beer is designed for easy drinking while still offering a unique, old-world flavor experience.

Our first GF alcoholic option! This bright, bubbly bev combines strawberry, pineapple, and a touch of grapefruit for tart appeal. Perfect for sipping or slugging in any season.

A recently redesigned IPA that focuses on big hitter hops. A traditional west coast IPA this beer is made with only pilsner malt, a touch of flaked wheat for head retention and acidified malt to correct mash pH. Light in color, but big in hop flavor featuring Mosaic, Citra, and Columbus in the kettle for a citrusy, piney, and slightly dank hop bomb. Then, dry hopped with Mosaic and Idaho 7. If you like west coast IPAs, this is a classic example of the style.

One of our recurring favorite beers, Rubus, is a heavily fruited raspberry beer that’s been kettle soured. We added a touch of coriander in the boil to add to complexity, and give it the slight citrus bump it needs to compliment its sourness. Light, bright, and tasty, Rubus is the beer for people who think they don’t like beer.

Our very robust porter that’s named after our favorite neighbor. This beer is made with tons of Chocolate malt, crystal malt (light and heritage from Simpsons), and coffee malt. The grain bill makes for a slight hint of coffee with tons of chocolate. A slightly sweet finish and higher alcohol makes for an excellent fall and winter beer to warm up any cold day.
